Mr. Conover has owned his own commercial janitorial company since 1998. Over the years his expertise in hiring effective janitorial teams allowed him to realize that the same hiring approach could be leveraged for the Warehouse Staffing industry. He couples this hiring knowledge with exceptional client support to assist the warehouse and industrial industries to remain productive and profitable.
Marty Byrd
STAFFING COORDINATOR
Marty Byrd previously held positions as an IT Support Specialist and IT Support Supervisor with the State of NY and the book publishing industry. Marty brought his customer service background and Operations experience to CBM in 2015 as a Sales Manager. Now as an Account Manager with CBM, he uses his years of addressing customers’ needs to ensure that both Janitorial and Staffing clients have what they need, when they need it. He makes it a goal to develop a healthy working relationship with each client, further reinforcing CBM’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
