1. How do I apply for an available job?

All applications for employment are made online. You can review what positions are available and fill out the application for the position you are interested in. Because all of our applications are online, you will need access to a computer and the internet to be able to apply for a position at CBM Staffing. If you are remote and do not have a computer, your local library has computers with internet connections, often for free.

2. What are the requirements to get a job with CBM Staffing?

Fill out an online application. You will also need your valid forms of ID to work within the United States ( what are these ) If you have a resumé you are encouraged to submit that as well. If your skillset matches the job requirements, you will be contacted for a phone interview. And then a desire to get to work right away.

3. Do I have to complete all the job history on the application if I give you my resumé?

Yes, your resumé may not contain all of the information required on the application. Additionally, having all your work history on our application is often clearer and uniform.

4. How and when do I get paid?

Depending on the employer you will be paid weekly or bi-weekly. You will need to complete the appropriate tax forms. CBM Staffing is required by law to withhold income tax from your wages if you are single with no zero allowances and a form W4 is not submitted.

You will need to complete a direct deposit form. In order for your direct deposit to start immediately, we recommend that you provide a voided check or bank letterhead with your account information provided.

CBM Staffing also offers the option of a Bank Card payment. Again, you will need to complete the necessary forms and then your pay will be added to the card, which you can use just like a debit card.

5. Why don’t you offer live checks?

We do. However, live checks don’t allow us to make adjustments to your pay if there are any errors. This allows us to correct any payroll mistakes without further delay in you receiving your pay.
