Your assigned Staffing Coordinator is the liaison between your team and ours to ensure that everything runs smoothly, at all times. While the person may work at your site, they are a CBM staffing employee. The Staffing Coordinator makes frequent on-site visits to ensure that all candidates perform to expectations.

1. Do all candidates go through your screening process?

Yes. This is an important part of the CBM Staffing hiring process.

2. Who takes responsibility should there be an accident?

The client is responsible for ensuring that the worksite is safe for the employee. CBM Staffing is responsible for making sure the employee has a process that can be followed in the event of an accident and has emergency healthcare available if needed. The employee is a CBM employee even though they are on your site.

3. What happens if your employee does not show up?

Our process is that when an employee is a “no show” without notification they will receive a warning or be terminated. However, these decisions are discussed with the client, and are dependent on the candidates work history up to that point.
